how to work with SPD platform.i loaded fdl file but how to connect "identify Button is not visible.

I think must Load up file With suffix .xml (SCXXXX.xml)

in Changes.txt Written that " Identify or flashing spreadtrum devices requires "BMAConfig", fdl1 and fdl2 files.
but after load fdl files still identify button not vissible.
