UFI NOT WORKING ( NO BRAND NO SOC NOT MBN ...)

hi
my UFI wont show any brand nor SoC for MTK not even mbn file for qualcomm
i tried almost every thing
downloading latest
downloading UFI_v1.2.0.442
downloadimg UFI_v1.2.0.419 then sync to latest
changing windows
unisntaling and disabling anti virus
every thing
what the hell is going on ?
i paid for this dongle
why is't it working !!!!!

Without the details I can not help, please at least inform us about your current of spec, running what os version?
Also please pay attention and read correctly when the software shows you a dialog message, that's will help you a little. Also read others post so you get a clue about that.

I suspect you were running Windows 10 with latest update, for this you have to use latest version. Older version has this issue. Or you can downgrade your os, this should also solve your problem.

first time you load, the software should loading definitions files from server but it might failed in you case. Also make sure to select the firmware directory as all your downloaded files will be saved there.
