MahmoudElmogrem Hi, please disconnect internet while opening the software.
After successfully open the software, go to setting menu, and set the Android Data Package Location to your drive.
You can follow this discussion how to did that.
After that, reconnect your internet connection, go to Support Tab, and make download 1 file as a test, and post the result here.

it the sam solution.you must reinstall UFI set up v.12.0.339 then restart your comuter and restart ufi tool box again.the program will tell you to update the program.your problem will solved .Bro.

se7enmobile You just have to remember where you set your android data including hard drive letter, if the software hard drive letter changes will not work

se7enmobile delete the ufi folder in c install again ufi software, if the software is open, remember which hard drive you choose, as in the video

note;default not software location installed but Android Data Package Location to your drive that makes the software not work
