madgoeslim , thanks for the answer, but it didn't help - after erase modemst1, st2, fsg the phone is always in fastboot mode - I can choose "qcom", "bp tools" and other modes in fastboot, but after reboot, it falls back into fastboot, while before erasing it rebooted to normal mode. After factory reset in "fastboot tab UFI" phone rebooted to normal mode without imei, mac, baseband, but.... when I rebooted it to select "qcom mode" for repair imei it gets stuck in fastboot again... after the firmware upgrade everything is returned to the place, i.e. to the original state from my first post...
May be we try to use incorrect way? Other box do imei repair via "bp tools" in fastboot
