VoTan I think this model is already tied to emmc...has anyone tried to remove the emc and via emmc tool box to remove the account?

Sardor How to remove account locks
who among you guys able to remove the lock screen. My scenario a bit different, I know my meizu account username and passwrd I can login in the laptop browser. but on my Pro 7 phone there is already username set "konglongxiaren@flyme.cn" thats not my meizu account. I already raise case to their support but they are useless.

Please I need someone to help me. My Meizu Pro7 was blocked but not with my flyme account, I can't find help anywhere and I don't know who else to turn to because the official pages don't help me.
