who among you guys able to remove the lock screen. My scenario a bit different, I know my meizu account username and passwrd I can login in the laptop browser. but on my Pro 7 phone there is already username set "konglongxiaren@flyme.cn" thats not my meizu account. I already raise case to their support but they are useless.
Please I need someone to help me. My Meizu Pro7 was blocked but not with my flyme account, I can't find help anywhere and I don't know who else to turn to because the official pages don't help me.
