Iwan_kts r u new to flashing field? Must use boot key volume up or down before inserting USB..... Select brand platform and model .... Now DA autoloaded.... Click on identify devices.... All details u get about handset. Perform what operations u want to do....

Iwan_kts which windows operating system u are using? Use Windows 10 64bit.
Click on identify device after u selected all parameters such as brand, platform model .
Once device identified do the operations u wanted to do....
Must hold volume up / down or both before inserting USB data cable.
