This is a simple way of reading eMCP hynix part number:
ex : H9TP 32 A 8 JDACPR-KGM
Digit 5 - 6 is Nand density in Gigabit = 32
1byte=8bit, so 32Gigabit = 4 Gigabyte (32/8=4)
Digit 8 in RAM density, also in Gigabit = 8
8Gigabit = 1Gigabyte
So in above example Hynix eMCP is have 4GB storage, and 1GB Ram size.
And you can search the other brand of eMCP with same nand and ram density.
