AzisMuslikhin Hello, do not use third party downloader apps, ex idm, etc. Download only using UFI Software to avoid your IP automatic blocked by server.

NurAnaAhmadRidhoi i have the same problem too, but i already fix it, there's only 2 way to fix it, 1.restore ur pc, 2.reinstall ur pc good luck bro 🙂

yes mine too, im not downloading any file from support, just reinstalling my pc then reinstall ufi 1.20.399 version, need to update to latest version
