same problem, after synchronize file, i receive message "suport is temporary blocked due to intrusive download qury error code 416" im not install download manager on my pc
yes mine too, im not downloading any file from support, just reinstalling my pc then reinstall ufi 1.20.399 version, need to update to latest version
