Yes, if resistor cmd is broken, replace with the same value, if resistor clock is damage, you can make jumper with wire.

what is the value of CMD resistor (Oppo A3S CPH 1803) ???

Gowri In general, pull up resistor for CMD is about 100 Ohm.
To make sure, compare with normal one.
