alaamin Hello,
First make sure that your QCN file is good and tested before further operation.
Please go to manual search for your signal operator,
if your sim card is registered to operator but no signal bar available,
means there are damage in radio block, mostly PA chip.

Also do check at radio switch in diag mode,
just dial *#4636#*, if radio switch in OFF status and can't switch to ON,
you can check WTR chip.
