Hello,
For mediatek secure bootloader, especially MT67xx family, you have to connect it in BROM mode (known as "MTK USB Port" in DevMan) for Identify as well as for Flashing procedure.
Because device connect to BROM mode, so you have to load stock firmware too, at least load scatter and preloader for mapping flash storage and dram.
Mostly for mediatek devices, you can force it to Brom mode via hold down vol-up button.
If it fails, try to hold vol up + vol down together while connecting USB data cable.

perfolen If you want to remove FRP, you can use Special Task in UFi Android ToolBox.
But, you have to Identify Device at first, and to do that, you must connect your device in BROM mode.
