Error 403 = restricted to country policy.
For worlwide user, make sure you buy worlwide version, if not, then you face this such issue everytime you try to access to support server, as well as for upgrading the software via sincrhonize files to latest UFI software in server.
Later, you will not be able to use auth and remote service for upcoming ufi update.
If you buy new ufibox, please return it to your reseller, and ask to worlwide version.
