This is not elpida cpu, this is qualcomm based device with pop package, so the cpu is below the lpddr chip from elpida.
If device refuse to boot with dump files, try rewrite the emmc using factory firmware files in Factory Image tab.
Make sure you have the same ext_csd revision to the emmc replacement.
