i can't downloading any thing from ufi support sites.first it shows in bottom right corner"downloading started'pop up message .if i click that pop up its shows " error0 the operation completed succesfully" what is the issue
shankar Hello, Please check at Server Load Status in the bottom of Support Download Tab everytime you want to Download. Make sure the server load number is below 100 so you have optimal connection to download the file.
