Hello, brother something similar happened to me, I got a bq aquaris x that does not recognize the usb port, after they made it flash, I came up with a solution that would be to download emmc and write direct dump, or a full backup of the firmware in XML, but I don't have any operating equipment, could you solve with some memory dump?
