Problem with ISP connection

Until now not happy with my new UFi Box... in four phones without success, always error in ISP. Waiting for deliver medusa to check & differentiate.

Today I removed Diodes, quad resistor & cap connected to Vccq but nothing changed, is this box problem? Tested on working phone & all soldering is weld properly but still getting this error... Any help or advice?

I have same issue i tried all method but my v2 adopter now not ready to connect any device so ufi is there any solution or we should forget our investment with you i don't get any profit yet from this box i was so excited before purchase of this box now i am feeling like victim i am seeing here lot of people have have same issue i am not only one but there is no support solution

if not connect remove emmc and use emmc adopter

its too hard to remove emmc becouse glue pasted emmc is very hard hard to remove please give as solution for isp adapter what we can change in isp adapter to work right

Here's the tip for ISP connection :
--- Make cable jumper as short as possible, 6cm is max
--- Try using USB power, for SoC with active PBL, i.e QC, MTK
--- Uncheck insertion test in setting for uninterupt software init
--- Use 5V DC Usb cable (include in ufibox package) for stable power
