AKASH2020 Hello, To clean micloud, there are service called [Xiaomi] Unbind Mi Account, credit cost 20, but unfortunately this service available in Indonesia region only.

You can follow this discussion how to clear frp and micloud for redmi 6A here. But remember, this one only works on Miui 9. For Miui 10, you can only disable Micloud Service via Special Task in ADB Tab in UFI Android ToolBox.
