and box not not detecting wen i plug cable 4 or 5 times i plug in and plug out do then connecting i was chenge prot and pc and laptop butt same problem some times setup open but read and writ error getting please help me

if box connection problem, find out are following 1. pc os and driver issue 2. pc power supply 3. usb cable issue checkout 1st pls.
