Can I get refund my credits that I cannot use now.

Hello Sir,

I bought 30 UFI credits before and I always used credits for Xiaomi Auth Flashing.

But now days, Xiaomi Auth always offline and cannot use for nearly 1 month. I've big trouble now.

I need refund for my remain credits.

If credits are not usable, then please refund.

Please reply ASAP.
