CLK signal - eMMC problem?

I have a dead phone ( with MTK CPU). I found out that phone is dead because the system can not find eMMC.
When ( during booting) CLK signal is generated and can be check with oscilloscope?Thanks

why do you need this brother, just change emmc and ask it

I can read eMMC when desoldered. But when soldered on PCB, eMMC can not be detected. So, I want to find out why.There is VCC and VCCQ but can not measure CLK. I do not know conditions under which CLK is generated and if it can be checked on PCB. It is BGA 221

yes, take it off, solder the balls and set back

ruhl I desoldered CPU but there were torn off pads ( on PCB ). It may have been that problem.Thanks for help.
