If device is in emergency mode(9008), you may try to debrick via CSC firmware, this file is available at UFI Support server with file name "ZB690KG_12_0_0_1_PCBA11_ClearAllData_forDownloadTool".
FYI, if you can Identify Devices in EDL mode via UFI Android Toolbox, you may also easy check the emmc using Nand Test button.
