Hi, please make sure that you have latest firmware, or at least the same version with OS inside the device.
You may try to change model to F7 youth, try to make Identify, if success then you can proceed flashing by drag and drop scatter.txt file right to Scatter tab.

You may use the latest firmware version for this device. Newest oppo devices implement ARB, so downgrade version is not possible.
