dinhchien806 Hi, thanks for the report, seems like older ofp extraction is break is latest update, will fix it asap.

Imran797 This option also can safe the issue, you may install different ufi software version into different folder just in case if newest setup have some critical bug.

Last night just release update build 1.4.0.1801, you may update the software via Synchronize Files in setting menu.
Known bug and reported issue should be fixed by this update.
Please let me know if you find another issue with details log and screenshot if possible.
