Hi, smartcard tampered is mostly cause by 3 reason :
- Unstable USB power from board, you may use 5v dc cable for better power delivery to the box.
- Unstable USB Data connection, please avoid using USB Hub, and use only good USB Data Cable.
- Do not unplug box if software is not close properly. Some of you may got software didn't responce sometime and force unplug box instead of End Task the software. It will cause serious connection problem to the box itself.
