If you can find dump files for your device, you can try directly rewrite stock firmware to the emmc via Factory Image tab in UFi eMMC ToolBox. Its support Mediatek with scatter file, Qualcomm with xml file, Samsung with pit file, LG both kdz and tot file, sony ftf file.
