This is very weird, so after upgrade bos fw to v1.37 your box run normally, but after 2 weeks cannot Identify any UFS chip?
Please try to downgrade your box fw to v1.34 and try using older version of UFI software to try.
You can follow this thread to downgrade fw and use older version.

        Please let me know, where is the place to service UFI UFS Prog in Indonesia, the case is that it can't read all types of UFS, I checked BGA 153 & BGA 254, it's still normal, the problem is with the socket which has the Dediprog DP7000 IC. Please provide information, dear admin🙏

            POLOBTNH Hello,
            UFI UFS-Prog already support UFS 2.2.
            If you face problem during the identify procedure,

            POLOBTNH No UFS device detected.

            Please make sure you did reball the IC before inserting in UFS adapter.
            Place the IC into perfect orientation and make sure the marking corner is right.
            Reset the box before attempting into another Identify procedure.
