This is cycles information in percentage of nand flash life span.
You may try to reset this information by upgrading the firmware via ffu operation for samsung chip,
or doing partitioning like enabling GP Partition for Hynix and some Kingston chip,
but it won't restore the lifespan of nand flash to new condition, this method will only last a few days to a few weeks.
Its still need to replace the chip to new one.
