UFI BOX CANT recognize EMMC

I purchased a UFI BOX and the device does not recognize the EMMC, all the videos I've seen show just inserting the chip and that's it, but nothing happens to me.
I would be happy to help because im very Frustrated. and if there is a guide in English I would be more than happy, thank you very much

for good results,make sure you reball the emmc first,also you can post log file or screenshot we see

shlomisellmecell are you using ISP or chip off method, assuming you did reball the chip and inserted the chip correctly in the adapter, then you get that error the chip could be dead and you may need to replace.
