If you can't find a dump file, you might try using the write method directly in the FACTORY IMAGE menu of the UFI eMMC ToolBox.
UFI already supports the Samsung LZ4 firmware format.
If your device is dead, it may be caused by invalid bootloader due to downgrading, you can rewrite bootloader from latest stock firmware.
