My question is this. replace emmc of another phone brand because in my country it is very difficult to get new blank emmc. I want to know if I can extract emmc from another different phone.. I hope you can understand me, sorry for my bad English 🙁
GustavoSerna You can use other emmc from different phone as long as emmc have same specification, same package, nand density, dram density for eMCP.
Many masters do that. remove the memory chip from another phone, check for serviceability, erase, check again. and must be reconfigured to the required processor. Then follow the recovery instructions for the required phone or processor.
