please help me, i can not use smart report, write dump emmc & write cid in my ufi box software.? i use latest software update version. I have re-installed but the result is still.

yups, software does not work when looking at smart report. But other features run well like for partitions & factory image etc.

sorry late, the problem resolved with the help of friends who happened to users of UFI box since long Sir. Thank's for the full support.

sorry i am late reply sir, about smart report for emmc software. i try to re-install UFI software, then reball emmc & use 5V adapter to maximize performance. thank's
