hi .GT-I9300 stucks on the first LOGO ,couldnt go to recovery,but can go to download mode (Nothing occurred Usb dead ) ! i used Direct ,it shows bottom :

i downloaded 2 files via eMMC firmware ! when i put the userarea file on it and click to write .it takes 9 hours to write !!!!
is it possible to reduce the time ?

strange i9300 supposed to be kmvtu emcp .... never seen toshiba .... but you can try my dump tested

for long time writing use 3.3 vcc 2.8v vccq if you use 1.8 vccq max speed 512kbps if you use 2.8v vccq writing speed aprox 2mbps remember if you use isp it is only 1 bit conection so write not full dump you can set size userarea want to write by press auto then choose size of userarea

256 mb enough to boot dowbload mode then flash it

i suggest you change emmc since the toshiba emmc cant repair with emmc tool box

Thanks for helpfull reply, but we have to clear about setting voltage is not related to writing speed.
Default setting when using ISP in UFI eMMC Toolox is:
VCC = 3,3 V
VCCq = 1,8 V
Clock = 4 MHz *)
bus Width = 1 bit
The clock setting take control in writing Speed. Default clock setting 4MHz can reach max writing speed to 512Kib, to reach max writing speed to 2Mib you can set the Clock to 12MHz. And I recommended to this set while using ISP.
