ProOFF

Box often works poorly on in-circuit connection. Try to additionally connect the phone to usb to the !!!same!!!! computer, to which the UFI BOX is connected.

There are available tested and serviceable memory chips in different cases. If there are doubts - we check the work with the help of a working memory chip.
in your case, if the memory chip is installed in the adapter - the chip is dead. If chip is samsung - try to use testpoint metod.
